Dear Benny Thomas,

It appears that no one wants to address your question.  Let me try.

Do you mean 'evil' or the 'Evil One?'  What will be your answer?

Shaom Malekim!!!

Dear Benny Thomas,

When you say about "the plan of God," do you include the act of creation?  Please explain, you answer.

Shalom Malekim!!!

Yes, it includes creation too. "the plan of God" which i mean ...includes all the living,non-living things and events.. before creation of angels till the second coming of Christ.

A plausible answer (can't support it with the scriptures) but based on the All Mightiness and All powerful nature of God who can never lose control of anything yet can never do anything in violation of His nature,  I think in God's creation of "LIFE", God allowed what I believe is "potential for evil".

If anyone can support it with scriptures that would be great. I personally believe when the God decided to create life (which God didn't have to) especially with regards to angels and human beings, He inputed an attribute of Himself in them and that is "WILL" and based on that "WILL" every living soul with a spirit should chose GOD. Now its beyond comprehension for us to understand why God should do that.

The best answer is "GOD IS ALL POWERFUL AND CAN BE AND IS IN CONTROL". to create beginings and endings.

I don't even know if my answer makes sense here.

Thanks bt for the response

As believers, ultimately we know that God is in control and the things which we may not know now will be revealed to us in eternity. My intent to put this question is to find a reasonable explanation on this particular issue while discussing with an unbeliever.

If God gave the choice of evil which assumes evil existed. How it came to be? ummm it started from the heart of Lucifer when he thought he can be equal to God..Why he thought like that ? Because of pride and free will.

If a "free will" was given except for the choice evil...all the problems including curse on humanity, death of Christ wouldnt have happened at the first place.Doesnt it mean that God made a mistake?

At this juncture i would also like to know. What is evil?
