# 08062 :  Kerala Brethren
Most of the discussion on this forum are about kerala brethren churches and their practices. But the fun is, it is discussed by people sitying in other parts of the world. Why cant these people concentrate and try to improve their local churches rather than bothering what is happening in kerala.

Hello ABC.

I understand your sentiment with regards to this.

Well, most of the members who participate in this forum are Kerala brethren located in different parts of the world. Most of them are also, from Kerala brethren assemblies who must have been part of their ancestral assemblies and have a 'long' for the tradition and practices.

I do not know if you know this when Kerala brethren go anywhere in even in India. They try and start their own congregation. Do not know what the exact reason for this but I think it is more of a comfort factor. And with that, they get the opportunity to bring a lot of 'hard working evangelists and bible teachers' to these places for sermons and testimonies. Plus funding and financing of all the KB activities in Kerala with so much vigour.

So, when there is an element of 'finance and travel' involved and not the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Of course, the KB around the world will take it for granted that they have to say a lot of things in the functioning and 'acts' of the ministry of brethren assemblies in Kerala.

After all, the seed does not fall very far from the tree :-).

Regards,

Joe

P.S. No offence meant :-).
