# 00092 :  question for you my dear sisters...
Dear sisters in Christ, We know from the verse in 1 Tim 2:8 ..."I want men everywhere to lift up holy hands in prayer, without anger or disputing." We beleive that here men talks of the gender specific male. Now can us, sisters, sing songs which says "we lift our hands" as are there in many of the spiritual hymns and songs? What do you think? I eagerly wait to hear from you. with Christian love, Tinka

1 Cor 14 40 says Let all things be done decently and in order. Vs 33 says God is not the author of confussion ,but of peace ,as in all churches of the saints. Some songs say fall down and worship, kneel down and worship ,dance, and so on and so forth. If we literally do all what the wording of the songs say be carefull our meetings wont go out of order.
