# 01477 :  Happy New Year
Dear Readers,

We are approaching that time of the season again. I wish you all a happy New Year.

May the Father give us courage and strength to be true to His word in the Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, through the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Shalom Malekim!!!

i love this song:->

Long time ago in Bethlehem, so the Holy Bible say
Mary's boy child Jesus Christ, was born on Christmas Day

Hark now hear the angels sing, a new King born today
And man will live forever more because of Christmas Day
Trumpets sound and angels sing, listen to what they say
That man will live forever more because of Christmas Day

2. While shepherds watched their flocks by night
They see a bright new shining star
And they heard a choir sing, the music seemed to come from afar

3. Now Joseph and his wife Mary
Came to Bethlehem that night
They found no place to birth her child
Not a single room was in sight

4. By and by they find a nook
In a stable all forlorn
And in a manger cold and dark
Mary's little boy was born

To all who read and participate in this Forum,

I appreciate and would echo our brother George Koshy's benediction.

We celebrate Christmas in our family setting and I rejoice for any occasion that draws attention to our Lord Jesus Christ, although as far as the world is concerned He is just a character in a play. There are three great facts that the world chooses to ignore.

1. The child of the manger in Bethlehem was, is and for ever will be Son of God. He is God manifest in flesh.
2. The life that began in conditions of shameful rejection in a cow-shed ended in agony and humiliation on the cross.
3. The child of the manger will one day return as universal King and Judge.

Your brother in Christ,
