One day God asked Jonah to go to Ninave and preach that God will destroy the city because the people in Ninave were doing evil and wicked things. But Jonah disobeyed and went to Spain. Because Jonah did this God send a big storm. All were very scared. But Jonah was sleeping, so he did not know what was happening. One man went to Jonah and told that the ship was going to sink. So Jonah said that it was his fault and to throw him into the sea. Some men took him and threw him into the sea. A big fish swallowed Jonah. He prayed and prayed for three days while he was inside the stomach of the big fish and promised that he would never ever disobey God. So God told the fish to vomit him at the beach. So the fish landed him at the beach. Then he went to Ninave and preached what God had asked him to do. And the people said that they would never do any more evil things. Jonah was the only person in the world who prayed inside the stomach of a fish. From this story we learn that we should not disobey God.
