ARE YOU BUSY? Oh! sure.. Like everybody else. Yes, everybody is busy. "I have no time" is a common response. Why?

A busy life is the life style of the present decade - all over the world. And do you agree with me if I say, "It is the Devils making". Let me explain.

As we have no time to everything, we give priorities and choices. We postpone or even delete many things which invariably are prima facie less important and matters concerning others.

Are we not thus becoming more self-centred? No time to care and share. We are not concerned with others and their matter. We are gradually alienated both from God and man. This is what the devil does. Make you busy so that you have no time to spend in the presence of God.

The more you are busy, the more you are selfish, with disappointed desires and unachieved goals. Yes we are living in such a painful world.

The Lord calls you to have some rest with Him in your busy life. He is thoughtful of your busy life. He calls you to rest a while from the misery of life. (Mark. 6:31) He says, My presence will give you rest.(Exo. 33:14)

The Lord created heaven and earth in Six days and rested the seventh day. The most effective rest is in His presence. In His presence is fullness of joy and at His right hand there is pleasures for ever more.(Ps.16:11)

This is a wonderful offer that you cannot resist in a world of no peace and no rest.(Eccl. 2:23, Isa. 57:20)

Think for a while on this offer. He will show you the path of life. (Ps.16:11) and lead you beside the still waters, in the paths of righteousness.(Ps. 23:2,3)
